Baringo Senator Gideon Moi has termed the government prolonged TV shut down as unfortunate and a threat to media freedom. Speaking in Nakuru the Senator said that the government is not abiding by the constitution by shutting down KTN, NTV and Citizens TV stations. "The government has ignored a court order and the country continues to find itself in information blackout with no one knowing for how long. He is now calling for the authority to obey the court order and also told the government to stop controlling journalists.
