The Bank of Ghana stated that, as of the end of October 2025, Ghana’s international reserves stood at $11.4 billion, up from $7.4 billion in October 2024, according to its November Economic and Financial Data. “Tentative data from the Bank of Ghana (BoG) as of mid-December 2025 suggest that international reserves could exceed US$13 billion by the end of 2025, contributing to rising confidence in the economy,” the BoG said in a statement issued on December 25, 2025.
