His comments are in reaction to D Black's complaint that Ghanaians have chosen Nigerian music over their own local content. In an earlier development, DBlack was displeased after discovering that the top 20 songs on Apple Music in Ghana have been dominated by Nigerian songs. According to him, most Ghanaian songs do not have great content. Kwadwo Sheldon also maintained that until Ghanaian musicians master, polish and invest heavily in their craft, fans will have no option than to continually stream Nigerian music.
