His argument is that since President Akufo-Addo assumed the reins of power as the Commander-In-Chief of the Ghana Armed Forces, violence has taken centre stage of his administration than developmental projects. Vigorous debate and the exchange of ideas should be the true basis of political dialogue and competition in our country, not the activities of party vigilante groups”, he warned. He has since directed the Attorney General to trigger the legislative process of disbanding vigilante groups in the country.
