The president said the National Identification Authority is putting in place measures to ensure that the exercise is completed before the next general elections in 2020. “The programme that the National Identification Authority has put in place is that, once they are completed with the registration of those of us at home, they will then be systematically registering Ghanaians abroad,” he said.
