The Bafana Bafana who had their fair share of possession could not threaten their opponent and also had to settle for the goalless draw after the first 45 minutes. Ghana will spend on more week in Dubai to wrap up the pre-tournament training tour before moving to Egypt on Thursday, June 20, 2019, in anticipation to the start of the AFCON. They have been pitted in Group F where they will face the likes of Benin, Guinea Bissau, and defending champions Cameroon. The tournament will start on June 21 but the team will have to wait until June 25 before opening their Group with a match against Benin.
