The event, held at the China World Summit Wing, brought together various Chinese media houses. Ghana’s Ambassador to the People’s Republic of China, Kojo Bonsu, addressing the media, emphasised on Ghana's commitment to strengthening ties with China, highlighting the country's stable democracy, business-friendly environment, and rich cultural heritage. He called on the Chinese media institutions to partner with the Ghana Embassy in promoting trade and investment opportunities, citing the potential for growth in various sectors such as infrastructure, clean energy IT and AI, healthcare, mineral’s processing and agriculture. The activities lined up for the Independence Day celebrations by the Ghana Embassy include a business forum aimed at unlocking opportunities in trade and investment between Ghana and China. The embassy's efforts aim to promote Ghana's image as a destination for investment, tourism, and cultural exchange.
