The NIA points out that some officers are taking advantage of stranded beautiful ladies who they target and occasionally call out of the long queues to facilitate their registration for amorous favours. He was also concerned some landlords who offer their places of accommodation forregistration officers also make advances at the registration officers demanding protocol treatments for themselves and their assigns. Prof. Ken Atefua however assured that beyond the five persons who were picked up by the police and subsequently dismissed for registration malpractices; his outfit has some hardworking persons of integrity. He however empathized with the number of residents in the never-ending queues at the various registration centres despite the over 3000 equipments deployed to cater for the huge population of the Ashanti region.
