My friend Ronni makes the world’s best granola. Plus there is possibly nothing more granola than making your own. Hence the next best thing: the truly wonderful granola from the folks at Blackbird bakery in Kensington market. So with each visit to Blackbird HQ, I usually stock up on a couple of bags of it at a time. Not that I resent my little trips to Blackbird’s bakery, because every other thing that they make happens to be just as good.
