LONDON (AP) " Manchester City has made its most expensive signing of the offseason, bringing in Germany winger Leroy Sane from Schalke on a five-year contract for a reported $49 million. City coach Pep Guardiola has also signed Germany midfielder Ilkay Gundogan and Spain forward Nolito since taking over in June. Guardiola described Sane as "a special talent and an excitingplayer." City announced the arrival of the 20-year-old Sane on Tuesday without disclosing a fee. Sane, who can play anywhere across the front line, says Guardiola "convinced me to come here and that I can continue to progress.
