(Photo by Maja Hitij/Getty Images) Getty ImagesAccording to a report from The Sun (as captured by ESPN), German national team manager and former Bayern Munich head coach Julian Nagelsmann is on Manchester United’s shortlist of candidates to replace Ruben Amorim:Since the sacking of Ruben Amorim, Manchester United have turned things around under interim boss Michael Carrick, but that doesn’t mean that he is the long-term option. They are reported to be: Crystal Palace’s Oliver Glasner, Aston Villa’s Unai Emery, Bournemouth’s Andoni Iraola, former Brighton and Marseille boss Roberto De Zerbi, and current Germany manager Julian Nagelsmann. An opportunity like the one with Manchester United might be too good for Nagelsmann to pass up and it seems doubtful that the DFB would stand in the way of a move.
