Matthias Theis says it will help country win substantial share of global marketLAHORE: Pakistan can win a substantial share of the global market by ensuring participation in trade fairs and exhibitions in Germany, said Honorary Consul of Pakistan in Germany Matthias Theis. “Pakistani businessmen must attend trade and business events in Europe,” Theis stressed adding that world class trade fairs in Germany were playing a crucial role in boosting its exports. Speaking on the occasion, LCCI acting president Khawaja Shahzad Nasir said Pakistan and Germany were steady trading partners. He said Germany occupied 11th place among the top importing countries and fifth among top exporting countries for Pakistan. Nasir urged Pakistani entrepreneurs to ensure maximum participation in international trade fairs and exhibitions to enhance their exposure to fast changing trend in international trade.
