OTTAWA — Gerald Butts, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's longtime friend and adviser, will not be replicating his role in the next election campaign, he told HuffPost Canada's "Follow-Up" podcast. Trudeau has been a "very good prime minister" leading a "very good government," the Liberal strategist argued.
