Geordie Shore star - Why I was deported

Geordie Shore star Gaz Beadle blames his battered passport for being deported from Queenstown last week - then being sent to an Australian detention centre. In a post on British tabloid The Daily Star, Beadle also reveals the Kiwi radio station he was working for, MediaWorks-owned The Edge, went to the High Court to try and get him in - so he could join cast-mate Marty McKenna. "Eventually, by enforcing law 257 – which allows a detainee to stay at pre-approved accommodation – I was allowed in my suite. "The radio station I work with in NZ got the absolute top boy of lawyers in the high court the next morning to try and get me to stay in the country. It went from bad to worse for Beadle when he touched down in Australia, as he was taken to a deportation centre.
