As the Geometric Power Plant, Aba is set to be commissioned next week, the Senior Special Assistant to Gov. Alex Otti on due Process, Dr Oluebube Chukwu says, the project is in line with Governor Alex Otti’s vision for a New Abia. This, he said, shows that Governor Otti is being strategic and determined to ensure that the economy of the state is placed on a global path. According to him, the generation of electricity from the Geometric power plant will be a game changer in the socio-economic development of Aba while the commissioning will bring about a dramatic improvement in power supply, adding that with constant quality and affordable electricity supply, the cost of doing business in the state will be reduced significantly. Otti over the project, Chukwu urged the Aba businessmen and women to embrace the enabling environment to boost their businesses and investments in Aba.
