All seasons in one generationThe generation pandemic which, for the Philippines, encompasses “peace-and-wartime-babies” (now in the golden years of life’s journey), extends to everyone, everywhere challenged by the Covid-19 outbreak. Ours is the generation that grew up during the period of the country’s rehabilitation and reconstruction after the destruction wrought by World War 2. That we are in the midst of a pandemic is unimaginable for us, who received vaccines against diseases while we were in elementary school. Coping strategiesAgainst the backdrop described above, being able to do something that takes the mind off the pandemic is helpful. Be that as it may, there is in existence and effect the Biological Weapons Convention (BWC) which outlaws the use, possession or development of chemical or biological weapons.
