The General Syndicate for Air Hostesses in Egypt slammed two Ramadan series on Tuesday for the fallacies they showed about the work of flight attendants. In this Ramadan drama season there are two series being broadcasted on TV that have air travel scenes. One, “Ard Gaw”, is about hijacking of an aircraft, in which actress Ghada Abdel Razek starring as an air hostess. “In La la Land” is about a plane that crashed on a island, with actress Donia Samir Ghanem starring as an air hostess as well. “The events of the series do not in any way criticize the profession of air hospitality; nor any other professions related to aviation.
