Its 446-seat performance venue has been open to the public since 2008 and holds a dual function as a teaching space for the Lincoln School for Fine and Performing Arts. This will see it move away from a more traditional receiving venue model, to assume a new role as a development hub and production house that serves as a university, community and civic resource. We are seeking to recruit a General Manager (maternity cover) who will be responsible for the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of the Centre with particular focus on the systems and operations of the building. The role supports the Executive and Creative Director with administration, operations and policy, compliance, governance, and planning. Please note this post is fixed term for one year, or until the early return of the post holder.
