The General Authority for Tourism Development is preparing a financial arm to the Ministry of Tourism with the function of developing various regions under the ministry’s jurisdiction. The General Authority for Tourism Development was always keen in the past years to offer different areas of land. How many hotel rooms have been built on tourism development lands so far? The accommodation capacity of the tourism development lands reached 67,000 licensed accommodation units and 89,000 licensed tourist rooms. These areas have a strategic importance for the General Authority for Tourism Development.
