Photo credit : EBCIn the past, there had been accusations against General Abraha in connection with egregious human rights violations in the Ethiopian Somali region where he was commanding his division of the Ethiopian defense force. Before starting his career in the Ethiopian Military after the collapse of Colonel Mengistu Hailemariam’s government in 1991, Abraha Woldemariam was a member of TPLF guerrilla group.
