To Gen Z, governance has not merely failed morally, it has failed operationally. Most contemporary Gen Z movements, by contrast, are born online, scale rapidly, and fragment just as quickly. This does not mean Gen Z movements are failures. The irony is that Gen Z understands this better than it is often credited for. The global rise of Gen Z movements may indeed mark a turning point.
