Dhaka Special Court-3 Judge Abu Sayed Dilder Hossain passed the order on Thursday. According to the order, January 16 has been fixed as the day to frame charges against Khaleda and now she will have to be produced in front of the court for the hearing of the case. Khaleda's lawyers pleaded for more time for indictment but the prosecution, however, Anti-Corruption Commission's (ACC) counsel Mosharaf Hossain Kazol opposed the time plea and filed a production warrant before the court. He also mentioned that the High Court Division on November 25, ordered to conclude all trial proceedings regarding this case within six months.
