Stead was reappointed today after he initially signed a two-year deal to succeed Mike Hesson in 2018. "We had no hesitation after undergoing consultation to extend his contract," White told reporters on a conference call on Wednesday. "The obvious carrot is the three World Cups," Stead said of Twenty20 tournaments in 2021 and 2022 and the one-day version in 2023.
