So watching him now and everything he’s achieved doesn’t surprise me in the slightest. But I’d say Gareth was one of the ‘men’, straight away, even though he was the new boy. Yeah, he speaks well, he's polite, intelligent, he has compassion, he understands the world, he’s not afraid to address issues. That’s not too nice, that’s just decent. That’s Gareth all over.
