PESTS AND DISEASEIt only takes a few pests or diseased leaves then suddenly the entire place is infested. The best way to mitigate the threat is constantly checking on plants and removing any insect pests or diseases before they become widespread. Then you’ll need to hang shade cloth for some protection at least part of the day. You’ll need at least five hours of sunlight for full sun annuals, perennials and vegetables. Our high elevation light can accelerate plastic cracking or discoloration eventually, but glass isn’t a good option where there are high winds.
