LATEST: Man killed and three injured after Bus Éireann crash in Dublin city centreEyewitnesses have told of hearing a loud bang when a double-decker bus struck several people and crashed into a building in Dublin city centre, leaving one man dead and three adults in hospital. Gardaí are investigating the incident involving the Bus Éireann vehicle at the corner of North Earl Street near the Spire. Emergency workers erected a tent was erected at the crash site and gardaí put a cordon in place while first responders assessed the injured. Tánaiste Simon Harris said he was "deeply saddened and shocked by the tragic bus crash in Dublin city centre this afternoon. Independent North Inner City councillor Nial Ring said there was a sense of shock in the city centre.
