The driver and passenger of a motorcycle were seriously injured in the collision. Gardaí are appealing for witnesses following a hit-and-run collision in Loughrea, Co Galway late last night in which two people suffered serious injuries. The collision between a motorcycle and another vehicle occurred on the Gort Road, Loughrea shortly before 2:10am. Gardaí are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this collision or anyone with information to come forward to them.
