Between 2015 and 2022, those 60 banks have financed the fossil fuel industry to the turn of $5.5 trillion. He described the Make My Money Matter campaign as one of "public education". Make My Money Matter has found that more than two-thirds of Britons (65 per cent) didn't know their bank could be financing fossil fuel companies.
