The practice of private companies profiteering from immigration must come to an end - and we need a common sense immigration policy immediately. That's according to Galway West Independent Ireland candidate Noel Thomas, who says he supports and recognises the importance of legal immigration. But he claims we've seen an enormous surge in applications for IPAS in recent years, many of which are without merit.
