CARSON, California (AP) " Steven Gerrard will miss the L.A. Galaxy's next match after traveling home to Liverpool for treatment on his frequently injured hamstring. Galaxy coach Bruce Arena confirmed Thursday that Gerrard won't play Sunday at Houston. Gerrard missed four weeks with his persistent hamstring injury before playing as a substitute in the Galaxy's last two matches. The longtime Liverpool captain returned during the international break and was spotted outside the Reds' training complex. The Irish striker sat out of training this week with an undisclosed injury.
