PHOTO/Loise WambuguPastor Dorcas Rigathi, the wife of Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua, has kicked off her rehabilitation program for the first cohorts of addicts. The 56 were identified during an exercise that has been going on in the constituency and will be sponsored by pastor Dorcas under her boychild program. Speaking when she flagged off the program, pastor Dorcas committed to rehabilitating at least 2,000 under the in-patient program and at least 12,000 under the outpatient program by the end of the year.
