I want to create new fans based on how badass I am today. Yeah, being able to play a deliciously complex, imperfect black professional woman whose life is a bit of a mess, who doesn’t always make the right decisions, who’s real. Maybe I didn’t quite understand until it was gone just how much of a void it would leave in my life and in the lives of the fans. And a baby, so I’m going to just keep putting that on my vision board until a little angel blesses us. But you’re still going to see me kicking butt no matter what.
