While he has not nailed down a regular place in the Arsenal team, the Brazilian has scored 10 goals in all competitions, including three in the Premier League. The young striker is under contract at the Emirates until 2024, but he has ambitions to stay much longer than that and rack up a lot of silverware in the process. ‘I want to win the Champions League and lots of domestic titles to make Arsenal’s fans very happy,’ Martinelli told FourFourTwo. Progress has been slow but steady under the rookie boss, but Martinelli has been thoroughly impressed by his new manager, particularly his attention to detail.
