Local businessmen will compile a complete report of bottlenecks faced in implementation of GST and submit it to the central government. The team, comprising senior officials from the Central Excise and Income Tax departments, was in Surat on Wednesday, where they met various business leaders. "They have sought details of hardships we faced after the roll out of GST. The team will visit Ahmedabad on Thursday to meet local business representatives. Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi is currently on a three-day visit to Gujarat, where he met representatives of trade and industry.
