Total sales were up 13.2 percent at 394571 units.reported domestic sales of 37,562 units for the month of June 2017. The company’s total domestic sales stood at 33,861 vehicles during June 2017 down by 3 percent.Ford India’s June domestic wholesales were down 35.06 percent to 6,149 vehicles in June 2017. The company sold 547,185 units of motorcycles during the month of June, up by 13 percent. Leading scooterization, Honda’s automatic scooter sales clocked 271,017 units compared to 265,361 units sold in June 2016.Honda’s motorcycles sales grew 2 percent from 142,618 units in June2016 to 145,481 units in June 2017. Our focus has been to minimise channel stocks to reduce the transition losses, on account of GST implementation.
