The Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo) has commenced investigations into the cause of Wednesday night’s nationwide power outage. Though some areas had their power back hours after the massive power outage, some are yet to be restored. It is unclear what may have caused the problem, as reports on return of the era of load shedding (dumsor) have been rejected by the Electricity Company of Ghana.
