GOP leaders delay ObamaCare replacement vote, amid opposition


Trump and Republican leaders had spent much of the day scrambling to get both moderates and conservatives on board with the increasingly unpopular legislation. Meanwhile, Trump met inside the Cabinet room with the Freedom caucus to try and rally conservatives to the cause. Earlier in the day, White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer had expressed confidence that the White House was would be voted on and would pass. Sources later told Fox News that the White House was anticipating a vote after midnight, but that was before the vote was canceled. House Republicans were due to meet about the around 7 p.m.
