Still, she is watching that legislation closely because she, like 117 million Americans, has a chronic condition. The absolute need for insurance is something that keeps Daniel focused on what is going on with the GOP health care bill. The current GOP bill does not bring health care back to the way it was before Obamacare. With the proposed GOP health care plan in place, they could face a 30% penalty if they bought a plan on the individual market for the rest of that year.
