Appiah, who was on a $35,000 a month salary was shown the exit by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) on December 31. “GNPC doesn’t have a commitment with Kwasi Appiah neither do we have same with the GFA. "We don’t have any contract with Kwesi Appiah neither do we have any contract with the Ghana FA," he added. The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation has come into public discussion on their refusal to pay the 5 months arrears of James Kwasi Appiah who left the Black Stars job in December.
