This comes after the Board revoke the provisional licence it gave to Dansoman Liberty Professionals following the discovery of three snakes at their Carl Reindorf Park. Liberty Professionals' provisional license was revoked after their inability to rectify the infrastructural challenges based on which they were granted a provisional license with conditions, failing which the license shall be withdrawn. According to Mr Dasoberi, every club who was given a provisional license to operate in Ghana’s domestic league should try and fulfil the requirements else will suffer the same fate with Liberty Professionals FC. In an interview with ghanaweb.com, Mr Dasoberi said "the Board raised issues with the weedy nature of the surroundings and also they had to improve the quality of the pitch and we gave them up to the January 10, to clear the weeds from their surroundings but upon getting reports that people saw snakes around the match venue in the game against Hearts of Oak we triggered the decision to revoke the provisional license we issued to them""All the Premier League clubs except Inter Allies were given a provisional license.
