MANILA, Philippines — Net income of Global Estate Resorts Inc. (GERI), the Andrew Tan developer of townships, grew 14 percent last year from a year ago on the back of strong real estate sales. GERI”s net income grew P1.7 billion, up 14 percent from P1.5 billion a year ago, the company said in a statement. Its attributable net income reached P1.5 billion last year, compared to P1.45 billion a year ago, an increase of roughly three percent. Strong real estate sales supported net income growth, GERI said. The commercial complex is located in GERI’s 561-hectare Southwoods City township in Biñan, Laguna.
