VARIOUS issues, problems and recommendations pertaining to professional sports are expected to be tackled at the 3rd Philippine Professional Sports Summit today. Mitra has invited select leaders in professional sports who can share their first-hand experiences, struggles and challenges of holding sports events amid the pandemic. Philippine Boxing Promoters and Managers Association president Dante Almario, and boxing promoters JC Mananquil and Charlemagne Marban 3rd will discuss pro boxing. They will be joined by Alberto "Brembot" Dulalas, president of Mindanao Professional Boxing Officials Association and lawyer Danrex Tapdasan, president of Association of Philippine Professional Boxing Ring Officials. Boxing judges Nicholas Banal (Visayas) and Romulo Marlou Neri (Mindanao) will also be there.
