Cliff Hamilton threw the rubbish back over the wall, claiming the junk could only have come from his neighbour. Mr Hamilton claims he traced the junk piling up in his yard back to his neighbour in Hounslow, West London, following an anonymous tip about the fly-tipping scourge. Mr Hamilton accused his neighbour of being behind the rubbish eye-sore at his Bath Rd plot - claiming it could not have come from anywhere else. Mr Hamilton claims he was sent an anonymous tip-off warning discarded junk including televisions, doors and tyres were being dumped on his land.
