"The best estimate from our sheep work is that eventually it could get as big as 20 per cent, but there are caveats," says Clark. As with a lot of NZAGRC's work, this research was done in tandem with the Pastoral Greenhouse Gas Research Consortium, which is funded by various farming organisations.
