Sky Sports News understands scouts from Stuttgart, RB Leipzig and Borussia Dortmund have all monitored his progress as recently as last week, when he starred in Fulham U23s' 3-1 victory over Manchester United. Domestically, Celtic, Rangers, Leeds and Norwich are also understood to be considering a bid for the creative midfielder, who has been at Fulham since the age of eight. Meanwhile, Jadon Sancho, a former England U16 team-mate of O'Riley's, continues to grab the spotlight at Borussia Dortmund. O'Riley is one of a number of promising academy graduates not currently getting a game at struggling Fulham.
