By Daymond SteerFRYEBURG, Maine — Fryeburg selectman candidates Paul Naughton and Robert Ricks agreed on many issues at the candidate forum hosted Tuesday by the Fryeburg Water District Trustees at the Rescue Barn. Paul Naughton (left) and Robert Ricks attend the Fryeburg selectman candidate forum Tuesday. The water trustees exist to ensure the quality of water service in the event something happens to the private Fryeburg Water Co., a utility that serves many town residents. Ricks didn't want to see such videos coming out of Fryeburg schools. But he would support the police going into the schools once in a while to give drug education lessons.
