""First, there is delay due to a technical fault, then a Jambojet plane arrives; next engine 1 cannot start 40 plus minutes with passengers on board; captain asks for 30 minutes to try start engine 2. They were eventually transferred to another plane and finally left for Nairobi. TUKO.co.ke managed to get hold of one of the passengers Jackie Juma who confirmed they finally received much needed assistance from KQ.
