The police force issued its annual Frosh Week expense list Thursday morning — a comical and cautionary reminder that pranks such as cutting off a stranger’s “man bun” can land you in jail. “Frosh Week places fresh-faced first-years into unfamiliar, exciting territory,” the expense list says. “But this rite of passage often comes with a cost that makes tuition fees seem paltry by comparison.”Police are asking all Frosh Week-goers to “party with caution” to keep from having to part with student-loan money for things like a $5,000 fine for streaking at the homecoming gate. Releasing a raccoon in your friend’s dorm can rack up penalties of a $1,000 fine, up to 30 days in jail — and a rabies shot.
