Mitch McConnell, minority leader of the United States Senate, has annouced that he will be stepping down from his position in November. While McConnell remains a respected figure within the Republican party hit TV skit show Saturday Night Live has never pulled punches when it comes to McConnell impersionations. After such a long 16 year standing in the Senate, McConnell has been featured as a character on Saturday Night Live numerous times. The hosts of the famous show have mocked Mitch McConnel for everthing from his breif freezing fits to his policies. While throwing in the occassional quip about his cadance and age.
