A group of Palmerston North students is ready to rip into the work force. Six Freyberg High School students are the first in Manawatū to receive a work-ready passport from the Manawatū Chamber of Commerce. Year 13 Jacob Kurene, 17, Zack Cassidy, 18, Budda Adhikari, 18, Serena Matson, 17, Brooke Penn, 17, and Francesca Crump, 17, all received their passport. * A day in the life of an intermediate school teacherThere are other students and teenagers not in school working on the passport too, but the Freyberg students are the first.
